What is your return policy?
All of our Bluetooth accessory products come with a 30 day Store return and exchange policy. Opened headsets that are defective within the first 30 days can be returned for a complete exchange or refund. All of our Headset also come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Bluetooth products return conditions:
All items returned must be accompanied by original contents like owners manual and additional information that came in the box.
Bluetooth headsets must also be free of signs of use like scratches. Wireless Depot Direct reserves the right to not accept your return if the above conditions are not met.
Shipping & handling is non refundable on returned items and shipping cost to return items are strictly the responsibility of the consumer.

What is your shipping and handling policy?
Orders placed by 3pm will leave out warehouse within 24hours. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified of your order status. We offer USPS & UPS Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping. Wireless Depot understand that customers want their merchandise in a timely fashion and we strive to deliver your accessories in a timely manner
